I already received my visa and my family is in the UK. My question is for dependants. Is it possible if I apply for only my wife’s visa now and kids visa after a couple of months or do I need to apply for all dependants together?

I think you can apply for your kids latter as long as they still have a valid Visa. Best to consult an immigration advisor.
