Date on Stage 2?

Hi there! I’m super confused about the question on stage 2 about the date in which the visa will be valid. Is the date below ok to enter?

Endorsed: December 3rd
Applying on: February 28th
Date I was going to enter in Stage 2: May 31st

And also, can I enter on April if it gets approved on March?

It’s the date you wish the visa to start on. It’ll will be on the vignette in your passport and you have 90 days from that date to first enter the UK.
