COO Recommendation letter but part-time job does it counts

i working part time in a health startup using recommendation letter from the COO is there a problem with that ?

Have you worked for the company for more than 12 months? If the company is listed on your CV and LinkedIn and meets the 12 months requirement, then it should be fine.

@tunde1234 The mode or medium of work should not be a problem and this is what one can decide to be silent about. Even LinkedIn has provision that allow users decide what to say or not to say about modes and mediums of work - Remote or Physical, Part time or Full time.

The most important thing is that the person is an expert in the sector, he knows you and you have worked with or for him for 12 months+. If these are met, the medium and mode is now a narrative of your engagement with him and you want to be strategic around how you present it.
