MC1 - Recognition in general, shouldn’t necessarily be outside employment. You can bank on your LORs for this, as long as the LOR is from known experts in digital technology field. They can talk about you leading the growth in a product-led digital technology company. MC as I have observed is more on third-party recognition, not necessarily outside employment.
OC2 - Significant contribution to digital technology outside your immediate occupation. It must be fixated on your contributions that is not tied to your day-to-day job.
OC3 - This isn’t about learning/mastery as you stated. It is more on impact you made at a product-led company.
Please note that the term ‘significant contribution’ in this criteria requires you to demonstrate impact, not necessarily innovation. This is different from Optional Criteria 1 where you are required to demonstrate high levels of innovation, not necessarily impact. If these are your chosen criteria then your evidence should clearly demonstrate this differentiation.
