Clarification about author's CV

Do i have to submit the author’s original CV created by the person himself or can I export his Linkedin profile as PDF?
Or is it enough to mention the author’s linkedin URL at the end of the letter?

Mentioning the LinkedIn is enough. You can also import cv from LinkedIn and attach.

You have to attach their CV. Whether the CV provided or the LinkedIn version. Along with signature certificate.

a follow on question on this: could the linked-in exported pdf be used separately if file name clearly shows what it is and who’s CV? or it needs to be merged after the recommendation letter + all docusign audit log, making one document quite long? what is the practices people have been following here those have see success, please? many thanks.

You need to have it in the same Reco letter. The cv pages are not considered in the 3 page limit hence it’s fine even if it runs into more pages
