Citizenship eligibility 4 years or 5 years

Hi people,

Has anyone applied for citizenship on 4th year? after getting ILR (in 3 years)

Example : Exceptional Talent awarded in 2019
Eligible for ILR in 2022
For citizenship - has anyone applied for Citizenship in 2023 or they need wait till 2024 to be eligible for Citizenship considering 5 years of residency requirements…

Ps- only considering the applicant has Global Talent visa and not previously held any other visas to count towards residency requirements as we can include other visas such as tier2 to count towards residency requirements after getting Global Talent.

I am not sure, I have seen different take on this, best to get an immigration lawyer.
