I plan to apply for endorsement as a machine learning engineer. I am worried which criterias to choose from optional. When I submit details to support mandatory criteria as a exceptional leader it also covers some ssdegree of ‘significant technical contribution’ the thited major criteria. For ‘outside work criteria’ I have mentored many in my company but outside my usual work by volunteering and I am worried wether these will be inadequate to meet the criterion.So, I am confused wether to choose only other two criteria and provide evidance or provide evidences for all 4 criterias prioritizing the main two. Please can someone advice.
