I’m on a Global Talent visa under the ‘Promise’ category, but since obtaining it, I’ve achieved more that qualifies me for the ‘Talent’ category. Has anyone successfully transitioned from ‘Promise’ to ‘Talent’? Additionally, I’ve already paid the health surcharge for five years. If I get endorsed for ‘Talent,’ will that payment carry over?
There’s currently no provision to change from promise to talent. This would have been possible if after you got Endorsed for promise and decide not to submit for stage 2., all you endorsement expire after 3 months then put in a fresh application and hope you will be considered for promise.
