Can your company founder serve as 1 of the 3 letters of recommendation?

I really want to gain more clarity on this before I make my submission,
Pls house,can your direct employer/founder who also happens to be a senior tech manager pass as one of the 3 required core endorsers?

Generally, yes.

But in recent times, there have been cases where the endorsement review came with concerns about using someone you work with as a recommender.

If you’re using someone you’ve worked with, best to augment with external experts. Could be one person you’ve worked with and two external experts who know your work well.
