  1. I have reference letters from the Co founder and of the company I have an employment contract with stating the number of student user growth and revenue I brought to the organization and also the duration, with a screenshot of revenue paid into their accounts at certain times

  1. I have a reference letter from Association of Christian Schools International a NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION, I alongside other mentors trained their staff and schools of the use of the Digital technology, I also helped them in creating funnels, that will allow them enrol more member schools

  1. I received an award from a client, for the innovations we brough to her school, I don’t know if this counts, I have a letter inviting me to receive the award, a picture of me receiving the award and the award it self

  1. I was invited to speak at a high profile event in my sector, as regards the use of digital technology for the growth of schools, the event wasn’t recorded, there were more than 500 registered participants, I have the picture of the event flyer with my picture, my picture on stage presenting, a snapshot session with participants of the events showing their numbers

How do I demonstrate that I have a proven track record or examples of innovation in the digital technology sector as a founder or senior executive of a product-led digital technology company or an employee working in a new digital field or concept?

  1. I have evidence of proof of product in the market with screenshots of schools using the portal and links of the website of these schools

  2. I have evidence of audited accounts and also projection for the current year based on the number of users paying for the software through my portfolio

  3. I have Evidence of domestic and/or international sales should show customer numbers for each country in which the company is operating, including a ranking of your distribution channels with a breakdown of when these sales were achieved for each channel

2. How do I demonstrate that I have been recognised for my work outside of my immediate occupation that contributed to the advancement of the sector?

  1. I have evidence of putting together interest groups on facebook which currently has 9400 members and a mentorship group for 700 members, with a screenshot of the facebook group, the mentorship groups on whatsapp, the facebook mentorship sessions with 122 people hooked up live as a screenshot, and the topics they were mentored on over the period of a year, the digital resources they were provided with with a bitly link showing the numbers of visit to the link over a year 15,000 plus clicks

2) How do I demonstrate that I have been recognised for my work outside of my immediate occupation that contributed to the advancement of the sector?

  1. I have Documents detailing my significant contribution towards commercial success). Screenshot of facebook advert that I ran with links, screenshot of leads generated on email (6000), leads generated on whatsapp (9045) and facebook groups (9400) with the landing page screenshots too.

Your evidence doesn’t seem strong exceptional talent.
First, your recommendation letters are from founders of software building companies, what do you mean? . Are these product-led digital technology companies or outsourcing companies?
Mandatory Criteria. Evidence 1, I honestly don’t think the evidence is strong enough, what are your numbers? Evidence 2, the organization is not focused on digital technology and what you have done does necessarily demonstrate leadership. Evidence 3, an award for doing your work doesn’t count besides is this an national or internationally recognized award? Evidence 4: I will suggest you get a reference letter from the organizers to confirm that they have over 100 participants and why you were asked to speak.

Evidence 5, it depends on what you call high salary, for me I think anything above £50,000 is average or decent for exceptional talent. Salary evidence is not your strongest for mandatory, based on feedback here, it is often ignored.
For innovation, why do you think this product is innovative?, what metrics are you using for the local and international distribution?

How has your Facebook group advanced the sector. Tech Nation guide suggests preference for programmes with structure. I think both evidence of optional criteria two are not strong enough.

  1. Yes they are product-led digital companies not outsourcing companies

  2. the number of users was clearly stated in the reference letters

  3. It is a non-profit organization that we deployed the digital technology for their members

  4. It is an award from one of the schools, doesn’t have any recognition nationally and internationally

  5. Yes they have sent in their reference letter to confirm the numbers and the reason for speaking and the topic I spoke on

  6. it was an innovative solution that helped in learning for students across 4 African countries which I deployed, especially during the covid 19 pandemic. I outlined the number of users across the four countries, ranking them accordingly and the current revenue generated and the projected revenue for the next one year

so whats your advice or should I go through the promise route

I can’t advise you on what route you should apply for. I have given my opinion based on the strength of your evidence. If you take your time to digest tech nation’s definition of an exceptional talent and also look at some of the successful applications in this forum then you can make your decision on talent or promise.

I will like to now if my work have enough evidence to apply for digital exceptional promising talent in the business area, content creation. I am the visionear and the Chief-host host of a talk show Real Men’s Talk Show, which we like streamed on our Facebook page for one year and a half now. I also have another Facebook page where I give inspiration Talk.
Please what do I need to do to qualify for this exceptional promising talent. what organisation can I used for the recommendation letter? Thank you.
