@kesiebi_Daniel I think you are on the right track. Your work shows some real impact and community contribution, which TN likes to see. However, I am not sure of the credibility and standard of what you have done and with whom, in light of their standard, for instance, the redesign of the health app is for which organization, is it a personal project, is it supported by recognized and accredited health organizations, associations in your country? they also look at some of these things and it is beyond just showing screenshots.
Just a few points to note focus on being clear about your personal role in everything. Don’t just show what happened, show how you made it happen, If possible, make your story feel connected. Like I design great products, share knowledge, and help others grow, then present your evidence to support your claim vis-a-vis TN’s guidelines.
Also, those writing recommendation and reference letters, make sure you visit their LinkedIn pages and see if their experiences and track records are of repute to the standard of someone who can recommend an individual for Global Talent

Hi @Raphael thank you so much for your feedback. It is a healthcare company I work for (digital tech) and recognized
Your evidence shows good potential, but I need to address some critical gaps that could impact your application success. I’ve reviewed many product design applications and the strongest ones demonstrate clear individual impact with quantifiable results. Your mobile health app redesign needs more context - which specific company, what were the before/after metrics, and most importantly, what was your individual role versus team contributions.
Your teaching and radio interview activities are valuable for demonstrating recognition outside your immediate work. Can you prove how many people you could reach with the activities? make sure your recommendation letters come from people with strong credentials who can speak to different aspects of your work. I’ve seen applications fail when all letters come from the same professional circle or when the letter writers don’t have sufficient standing in the industry. Check each letter writer’s LinkedIn profile and ensure they have senior roles or notable achievements that would give weight to their recommendations.
The biggest concern is ensuring your evidence clearly shows individual contributions rather than team achievements. For your startup work, include specific metrics you personally drove and create detailed documentation showing your design process and impact. Your evidence needs to tell a cohesive story about how you’ve grown as a designer and contributed to the UK’s digital technology sector. Focus on making each piece of evidence distinct and avoid overlap between different criteria submissions.
Thank you so much @Akash_Joshi for this feedback
