Can I withdraw application and get refund?

I completed the form on the UK visa site, paid application fees for stage 1, and later created a draft on Tech Nation. The tech nation form has not been submitted yet.

I want to change some form fields on the UK visa site. It doesn’t allow editing anymore.

I want to cancel/withdraw this application and get a refund. After that, I will create a new application.

Will I get the full refund?

I sent an email to GlobalTalentEndorsements@homeoffice.gov.uk and asked them for a withdrawal/refund request. They accepted and confirmed it in 1 business day.
