Can I use the same person for Recommendation and Reference Letters

I will love to know if tech nation accepts if you use the same person in your organization for the recommendation letter and reference letter for evidence

why would you do that? is it not the same thing?

Think of the recommendation letters as 3 additional evidence that automatically apply to all the criteria.
There’s no logic in duplicating it and wasting evidence space…
