Can I Use Growth Evidence from a Now-Inactive NGO?

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice on Mandatory Criterion.

In 2023, I led the full website redesign for an Indian non-profit. Within three months of launch, we saw:

  • X% increase in unique visitors
  • X% uplift in online donations
  • X% rise in volunteer enquiries

The organisation is now defunct, but I have:

  • its incorporation certificate and registration number
  • Analytics data showing before-and-after performance
  • a signed reference letter from the founder confirming my role, dates, and impact numbers

My questions:

  1. Would this qualify under Mandatory Criterion for " led the growth of a non profit organization with a specific focus on the digital technology, even though the organisation is no longer active?
  2. What kind of evidence or framing would make this stronger and more credible?
  3. Are there any risks or caveats I should be aware of when citing work from a defunct entity?

Thanks so much in advance for your help!
