Can I submit the Recommendation Letter for Optional Criteria too?

Hi,

I am applying to Exceptional Talent from Commercial/Business Route. One of my recommendation letters is from the founder of the company I’m working at. The letter has so many evidence of how I helped the company grow. Can I show the recommendation letter as a proof for the OC3?

If you use it for recommendation, you can’t use it for OC2. All evidence must be unique
