What happens if i submit 2 active stage 1 applications at the same time?
For example, if i submit one application but got rejected and i appealed.
While i wait for the appeal decision, what happens if i submit a fresh application?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated as i couldn’t find any detail regarding this on Home Office/TN
You might as well wait for the appeal decision and confirm whether or not the appeal is rejected; a new application might hurt your appeal because what then was your purpose of appealing?
