I’m currently trying to claim OC1 for my applicant, I’m currently a founding front-end engineer (employee since day 0) from an innovative fin-tech startup. This same startup won an innovation award that’s highly recognized in the UK.
My question is, How can I claim OC1 as an employee? Does being a founding engineer and day 0 employee help? I currently have 3 recommendation letters from the founders and 2 them mentions my contribution and this award and also a documentation explaining the innovation and my part. The startup won the innovation award not me ofc.
