I was endorsed for Exceptional Talent and today I received my biometric card but the validity is only for 1020 days (2 years and 9 months), whereas I applied for five years and paid NHS for 5 years as well.
I was expecting the validity of the card to be 5 years, please advise.

Read the letter that came with your BRP. It was stated there… They don’t issue the fully five years
If you paid for 5 years, your BRP will show three years but you don’t need to get your visa as on the system, you have right to live and work in the UK for 5 yrears.
If you apply for 3 years, you have to extend your visa after 2 years if you were endorsed as exceptional promise.
All BRPs are currently printed with the maximum end date of 31 December 2024 – the Home Office is planning to make all visa status digital (or provide replacement BRPs) by this date.
