Since I am neither from Tech or a business development/CTO/CEO but I bring tech investing experience + being on Boards of tech companies as a Director, I am wondering if there are others and hence how did they satisfy some of the criteria mentioned?

We do have a few members with VC background. I hope some of them will reply to your questions here, but I can assure you that VC can be potentially qualified for Tech Nation Visa if satisfies qualifying criteria.
