I am currently in student visa and it will expire next month. So you think I am eligible to apply for graduate visa or skilled work visa while waiting to receive a response for endorsement because I am planning to apply for endorsement within 2 days.

It’s quite tricky but if you’re endorsement is successful within the time period your visa is valid then you can apply for stage 2 within the UK and wait as long as you submitted before your current visa expires.
I cannot ascertain your eligibility to apply for either grad or skilled worker visa as it depends on the factors guiding those visas. E.g. For skilled worker visa, you should have gotten a sponsor and necessary documentation from employer.
The only major thing is the additional cost of grad or skilled worker visa if your endorsement delays or if you run into rejection.
