First of all, I apologize if the question is already answered earlier yet I couldn’t find it.
I applied for the endorsement on the 30th of June, 2023. So, I am considering applying for the visa as well. So, my question is that can I apply for the visa during the pendency of the endorsement decision?
I am aware the cons of this process in case if the decision is otherwise. However, I want to get the tuberculosis test and do the other required procedures at my earliest.
