Applying for ILR

Hello, I recently switched from Skilled worker to Global Talent Visa ( Talent ).

I have already spent 4 years on my skilled worker visa. Now that now I hold GTV and my previous years are counted. Am I immediately elgible to apply for ILR as I have already completed the 3 year requirements.

Yes, you are eligible but you still need to switch to gtv to do so. Then apply for ILR after you seek. seek immigration advise

@Surender_S could you share the timeline of your stage 2 application? was it priority or normal route?

I applied for priority. Bio metrics was given on Saturday and decision received on Monday.
