Apply Visa Application - Tuberculosis test

6 April, Got Endorsement letter and 5th July is the deadline.
15 April, Got Tuberculosis test Certificate and expiry is 6 months (12th October).

Can I apply for my biometric/visa application after 30 days (15 May) from the date I got Tuberculosis certificate or I must have to be submitted biometric/visa application within 30 days of the issuance of Tuberculosis certificate between 15 April and 15 May 2021.

TB certificate as you rightly know valid for six months so whenever you apply the certificate must be within 6 months
