What are my chances of getting in if I begin my application this week.
That’s the initial payment the submit my documents in about 15 days.

I submitted my application on Jan 16th and got my endorsement notification on jan 26th. So it seems they are quite fast with processing.

The 15-days do not matter.
When you are ready you can apply and paid to home office. After then you can directly go to Tech nation application form to submit your evidence at the same day. The real count down starts from then.
