Appeal : How to add employment document

Hello,

I am trying to appeal . I want to add employment document. I think i cannot add to google drive, then where should I?
They asked for employment status in OC3 but I think in Jan the new guideling removed the need for showing employment docs.
I am confused.

Unfortunately, you can’t add any new document or evidences to your appeal. You may only appeal to the contents of evidences you submitted earlier.

state it in your appeal that the new guide removed employment contract as evidence. what else did you submit?

i did not submit any employement proof just my contributions and screeshots of diagram developemnt logs, scope stating profit and gains they received from this project

canni just tell them
my employee number

Here is the proforma: I have my comments in bold , this was submitted by immigration consultants
and like not sure theyhave added details on 4th page. Some reference letters were on the 4th page, like OC2 not sure if assesor looked at it

The applicant has applied for the Global Talent Visa (GTV) through the Exceptional Talent pathway. While all evidence has been thoroughly reviewed, not every piece of evidence has been commented on below.

The applicant presents a career history as a capable technical consultant with experience in SAP implementations. The letters of recommendation support this view, detailing successful project work.(This is not true → it also includes my cross industry recognition, they just cited it as project work )

MC: An applicant must demonstrate they have been recognised as a leading talent in the digital technology sector. The evidence provided is not sufficient to meet this high standard. The applicant’s project work is considered standard for their role and experience level. The awards cited are not compelling; the XXXX and the YYYY award are not considered reputable (XXXX is a well known conference panel in UK with springer scopus recognitiion and committee around the globe ), whilst the ZZZZ is prestigious enough to evidence recognition as a leader. However, the applicant’s speaking (1800 attendees in first was about various frameworks , methodologies including SAP, 140 in second , and as panelist in one not just in SAP but ESG-> shared pictures, invitation etc), judging (Not at all related to SAP technology, evaluated 150 + nominations from organization in various domains like Geospatial analytics AI , emergency response at two different events), and journal publications (at my sap community stack since 2008 , with 460 posts, 30 articles with high numbers of view and user interactions and adoption comments on SAP ,few other articles related to ESG and AI ) demonstrate expertise in SAP but do not constitute a significant, field-advancing contribution required for this criterion.

MC IS NOT MET.

OC2: An applicant must provide proof of recognition for work beyond their occupation that contributes to the advancement of the field. Whilst the applicant’s mentorship with the ISRC program is noted, they have not provided evidence of how this activity was field-advancing. provided reference letter from organization where i mentored in STEM since 2022 (18 months) detailing my workd impacting globally for 65+ startups in their accelerator and cohorts , photos ,provided other evidence of mentoring at a government organized startup program leading two cohorts and more

OC2 IS NOT MET.

OC3: An applicant must have made a significant contribution to a product-led digital technology company. The work cited at PPPP is not eligible as this is an IT services and consulting company, not a product-led one. The evidence for the “Cost Roll Workflow” project was unclear regarding the applicant’s employment status (QQQQ) and contribution. (PPPP has full fledged sustainability unit and is a leader since 2016 with lots of Products & Platforms listed and recognized globally with S&P sustainability index - the only firm in India and many other awards for their products including the one i was part of, I have provided the product screenshot, marketing video and strong evidences impact commercial and letter from head of sustainability , I added the second project just as a chance which is from a well known semiconductor company )

OC3 IS NOT MET.

The applicant has not met the Mandatory Criterion or either of the two chosen Optional Criteria. The evidence points to a profile of a competent technical professional, but not a recognised leader of Exceptional Talent in the digital technology sector.

On the basis of the above, we do not endorse this application.
