It depends on the profile and achievements of the individual.
Please look at The Official Guide and think what evidence you and consider what evidence you are you can provide to prove MC and two OC.

Yes, I applied as a founder in November and got endorsed a week later.

@Amycruz, registering a UK company is not required. According to the description of the Mandatory Criteria in The Guide:
A ‘leader’ of exceptional talent (or promise) must show extraordinary ability by sustained (or emerging) national or international recognition.

Hello MKC, I also applied and got endorsed as a business owner/founding partner.I have this business running since 10+ years . My application was focused on business side so I showed consistent business and good valued purchase orders
