Am I eligible for Tech Nation Endorsement?

Hi everyone,

I work as a freelance developer. In the last 5 years, I have only worked for a product led startup company for about a year (Developed the product from start to launch) on a contract/freelance basis. I do not have a BSc. and I am currently in the UK. Am I eligible for Tech Nation endorsement?
