Hi Everyone,

I am new to the forum and I am moved by the support people get here from each other. I have been planning to apply for the TN GTV and I have prepared my evidences and recommendation letters. I wanted to get some feedback from the community members on my profile to see if i have a chance of getting endorsed.

Personal Summary: My professional journey spans over a remarkable 24 years, during which I’ve emerged as a seasoned global transformation leader in multiple roles from Sales to Pre-Sales to Delivery. My roles have been pivotal and varied, in terms of contributing to innovation and growth. I have travel across 21 countries deputed to 3 major IT regions, UK, US & Europe covering diverse industry domain from BFSI (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance), Public Sector, Consumer, Hi-Tech, Manufacturing & Healthcare. This breadth of experience has been cultivated through significant tenures in the UK (4+ years), Europe (5+ years), US (1 year) and India (14 years), contributing substantially to esteemed global Fortune 500 organizations.

My skills include: Digital Transformation, Program management, M&A and AI

Recommendation Letters:

LoR1: is from the Vice President from Americas One IDEAS Execution Hub (Digital, Engineering, Application & Services) for my contribution of digital transformation large program and execution for 5 industry sectors. I was instrumental in High Value digital deal of 10 million USD deals, Mega Deal Wins - 1billion USD total contract value Merger and Acquisition (M&A). Leading from front to execute and delivery such large digital transformation program & M&A. And a Transformation Champion for the sectors. Spearheaded to create an product -led new practice called “IP Adoption”. For my contribution to iDEAS I was promoted to General Manager and awarded with ESOP of 4000 Units.

LoR2: is from the Vice President & my earlier boss heading 3 major Business Units (Manufacturing, Hi-Tech & Consumer) for managing complex digital transformation program across global (USA, Europe & UK) . I have been awarded as Top Ideator in Digital, Automation and AI space

LoR3: is from the Senior Director and my supervisor from Transformation for Infrastructure Service Business Unit (ISBU) for my deep understanding of emerging technologies, such as Cloud Transformation, Data Centre Modernization, Artificial Intelligence, Application Modernization solutions. Executing Strategic transformation program across Global (US, UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Sweden, Philippines and Japan). And true Global Leader - Beyond the Boundaries. For my contribution, I was promoted to Associate General Manager.

LoR4: is from Vice President and my supervisor from FinTech company for managing Financial Product - Liquidity Management and Wealth Management for managing and implementing LMS product-led implementation for leading financial service company in South Africa.

Mandatory Criteria :

Evidence 1 : I led the business development & strategic execution for digital transformation and AI in Fortune 500 Technology company.

Evidence 2 : A high salary or other remuneration for your services. As evidenced by commercial or employment contracts with salary information including any bonus and equity options and history of earnings.

Evidence 3 : UK work experience & recognition for my contribution to Transformation for Public and Banking sector customers. Was awarded the “Red letter Day” medallion and cash reward of 1500 Pound.

Evidence 4 : Outside of my normal day-to-day job role, were a senior consultant and contributor to partner two major UK IT companies to create market space in Digital Marketing, evidenced through reference letter(s) from companies founder and director.

Options Criteria :

Evidence 1 : Evidence of ideator and innovation development. Reward and Award screenshot and appreciation email from CxOs

Evidence 2 : Evidence of being a Global Business Leader. I was recognized as a high-potential leader among 2,50,000 employees through Companies’ prestigious Global Business Leader Program and a certification of accomplishment shared as screenshot. Similar Global Leader recognition I received from my pervious two organization as well, which has been shared as screenshot.

Evidence 3 : Evidence of being an founder of a non-profit organisation or social enterprise called “KALLOL” in the Netherlands. Reference letter from the founders members.

Evidence 4 : Awards at company levels for my contribution to innovation and growth. “Victory League - Best Practice” in 2022 and “Best Boss of the Month” in 2023.Reward and Award screenshot shared.

Evidence 5 : True Global Leader , traveled 21 countries and stationed at 3 regions UK (4+ years), Europe (5+ years), US (1 year) and India (14 years). Provided evidence of my visa stamping and address proof of few regions.

Evidence 6 : Written article on LinkedIn on Generative AI, my POC and it’s benefits. Shared the link of my article.

Please share your opinion and suggestion, Are there any other, LoR, MC, OC and evidence which can be added to strengthen my case ?

I am planning to submit my case by 25th May.

I will advise that you clearly read the guideline
Starting with OC evidence 6, LinkedIn articles are not considered sufficient as evidence. So it cannot be used.

OC Evidence 5, nothing in the guidelines talked about Visa stamping.

OC Evidence 4: How is the Victory League Best Practise award a tech award? It is an award within your company,not an award that recognises you within your sector.
Awards acceptable are international or national awards, not company-level awards. Internal/company awards are not sufficient.

OC3 Kallol is a cultural organisation,how is it related to digital technology?

OC2 is not showing the wider industry recognition or awards.

these are company award. I don’t have international or national awards

OC3 Kallol is a cultural organisation,how is it related to digital technology?
