Which comes first?

I am applying for the Talent visa from California. I am confused about the first step. Do I start by creating an account on gov.uk or do I first apply via Tech Nation? Which comes first?

I got completely turned around and managed to nearly complete a stage 2 visa which I now have to withdraw. I even paid for the healthcare…!

You need to first pay for the endorsement, after which you have 15 days to upload your evidence on tech nation form.
