HI everyone,
I am in the uk with my wife and kid, I hold a student visa for now until July 2024 ( so I still have a year and two months on it). My wife and kid have both dependent visa that also have the same validity. I could secure and endorsement and I will now apply for stage 2. I am hesitant if I should also apply for my wife and kid at the same tile, as they still have a year on their current dependant visa, and If I apply I will have to apply for their IHS. My question is, In case I apply alone and switch visa from student to global talent, would my dependents lose their current visa with me or it will be still valid until July, and I can apply for them next year before ut expires.
