[Using Space-Consuming Documents] Seeking Advice on Effective Use of Space in Evidence Documents

Hello,
I always find everyone’s questions and feedback very helpful.

I am planning to apply for Exceptional Talent, selecting OC1 and OC3 as my Optional Criteria.

I have a question about how to effectively use the space in the 10 evidence documents.

When showing proof of my contributions, such as “employment contracts” or “pay slips,” these documents or screenshots often take up a lot of space.

Is it acceptable if these space-consuming documents take up one full page or even half a page out of the three-page limit?

(I understand that this depends on the balance with my other documents, but I would like to know if using a full page for such documents would still be considered sufficient information.)

I am not confident in how to structure my evidence documents to ensure Tech Nation sees my talent and grants me the endorsement. Any advice on using the space for evidence documents, links to helpful posts, or your own experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Hi @coco

You can use half a page or full page for one snapshot yes: you can also just snapshot parts of the contract/payslips which are relevant and not paste the full document. Use reduced sized images.

For evidence mapping, you can find many threads in the forum from applicants sharing their evidence map drafts like here My Application for Exceptional Promise

It will help you with better feedback if you can structure a first draft of how you envision your application mapping towards 3 criterias and 3 LORs. Share that here like the above (and many other threads on the forum).

Please do go through official TN guidelines to understand which criterias will fit you the best basis your own work experience , the guide is quite comprehensive on its own: Tech Nation Visa Guide - Tech Nation
