I received an email from the Home Office on 30 July that my application for Global Talent Visa has been successful fortunately (stage 1 and stage 2). I’m transitioning from Skilled Worker Visa to Global Talent Visa and I still hold BRP which is valid until 2027.
However, I need to travel on Saturday, 3rd August to outside of the UK and I still didn’t receive my new BRP. Can I use my old BRP to travel back to the UK? If not, what can I do?
You need to consult an immigration lawyer. I think you can’t travel while you have an immigration application.

Leave and re-enter the UK
If you need to leave and re-enter the UK before you get your BRP, apply for a ‘replacement BRP visa’. This will let you re-enter the UK once only. It costs £154.
See: Biometric residence permits (BRPs): Getting your BRP if you applied from outside the UK - GOV.UK.
I just saw the email saying that you can apply for eVisa to replace BRP. I am not sure if that is the reason that you will not receive a physical card or not. @Vortex
Also in this case, does having a new eVisa as an replacement make any changes on this travel concerns? @Francisca_Chiedu
