I am a bit confused about naming the evidences. You upload CV PS and 3 letters of recommendation. Then you upload evidences and it merges all evidences (word doc) into one giant PDF. So where do you upload e.g. MC-evidence1-High salary.pdf? Where do you upload the PDF when you are putting your evidences in a word doc?

I’m sorry who told you that? Have you tried creating an application on the technation website yet? I’m just asking so I can help you with your questions better

Yes I have.
It asks you for the PS then CV we upload LORs one by one.
then it asks for names of the evidence files for MC then OCs.
and then it asks you to upload all the evidences max 10.
since not all of your evidences will be reference letters (other than LORs) it will be various word docs with different types of evidences.
Only upload pdf files. You can merge pdf files to combine documents into a single evidence

Hello, since link to drives are not allowed, how do I show my employment contract?
This is most likely bad misinterpretation, you may likely overturn this in an appeal. Good luck!

I currently work in the digital unit of a public service company (I work for the government). However, OC 3 states that demonstrates contributions as a founder, senior executive, board member or employee of a product-led digital technology company. Would this count as misalignment?
I have a very interesting case. I applied for the Exceptional Talent endorsement, and after two weeks, I was rejected on all criteria. The reasons given were vague and weak, almost as if the assessor had not given the application a proper read. I appealed, though I was not very hopeful since I had been rejected on every criterion.
But fortunately and thankfully my appeal was successful. This makes me think there is inconsistency between assessors, and unfortunately, even strong cases are being rejected due to differences in perception
