I see some recent assessment included this clearly and if they will assess you talent bare in mind meeting the criteria is higher standard than promise. They’ll be expecting higher contribution and advancement to the field.
If you want to proceed with promise. Ensure you make it clear in your application why you believe you fall under promise.
OC1 is about product and digital innovation: to show what was innovative, your contribution to the innovation and its impact, market traction and associated third party validation.
Your set in MC doesn’t show this hence can’t be swapped with OC1.
