My waiting time is now 5 weeks and 3 days. I was referred on February 23rd. Can we drop ours so it doesn’t seem like I’m just grasping at straws.

Dear All,
I would like to share an update regarding my Global Talent Visa application.
The entire application was prepared and submitted independently without any external assistance. I applied on 27 January 2026.
On 31 February 2026, I received an email from the endorsing body caseworker (Ao Caseworker TW), requesting that each letter of recommendation be merged with the corresponding referee’s CV. I completed this requirement and referred the updated documents on 9 February 2026.
I received the final decision on 1 April 2026, and unfortunately, the application was not endorsed.
I have decided not to proceed with an appeal, as the feedback clearly indicates that my products are currently considered to be at an early stage, while the rest of the application was viewed positively.
Going forward, I plan to strengthen the maturity and traction of my products and reapply after one year. In parallel, I will explore the Innovator Founder Visa route along with my FLR, as my current visa is due to expire on 3 May 2025.

His case was referred to TN on Feb 9 . He got decision mail on April 1. That means some people got Decision email today.

I think you can start exploring innovator visa now since your are on the founder path already. They also provide mentorship. As per Reddit folks , the entire process for innovator visa can be up to 6 - 9 months. It’s not as simple as it is stated on the website. You might want to start the application now . The process is entirely different and involves load of back and forth meetings.
