Yes it’s possible for the assessors to change one’s category, I know also other 3 applicants that received Exceptional Promise in the last year after applying as Exceptional Talent. And I confirm you don’t receive the proforma/evidence list in case you get accepted.

Not received notification on being forwarded to TN - not sure why ???
uncomfortably silent thread 
There are still 3-4 people ( @kontrol - @AbramNobleOX - @Babsthepanda - @gabsjeey ) who applied in December and were forwarded to TN in early January.
I also applied on 7 January and I’m still waiting.
It’s been 8 weeks since my application and 6 weeks since it was forwarded to TN.
I hope everyone receives the outcome they are waiting for as soon as possible.
