I think it’s everyone at the moment. The subreddit averages a dozen posts a week, yet not a single one in the last 15 days. A subjective process, with no visibility, and crazy amounts of time and money poured into it… anxiety is understandable and reasonable. We’ll get an answer soon!

Thanks everyone for sharing. My purpose is just so that we have a semblance of transparency in the process. People are always less anxious when they can see progress. I don’t agree with the thought process that TN does not owe explanation.
As @cheeze rightly said, there has been no movement from last 2 weeks. Things were moving before that ( we got updates from people referred on 20th dec-2nd Jan). I guess nobody reported not receiving results for those dates. But that was over 2 weeks ago. We are just asking for movement. Reddit is also silent completely.
Hence I requested for everyone to share. Thanks

Yes, it seems to have been at a standstill for the past couple of weeks. Let’s just hope that they’re hard at work assessing applications!

I also do not agree with the thought process that TN does not anyone explanation. I think there should be some level of transparency .It used to be more transparent before the switch
I think they might be working on some tool that would allow applicants to track their application progress . This new process is really not sustainable . I am sure home office folks are getting bombarded with loads of application update enquiries daily.

Hi there, I just received my Exceptional Leader endorsement. I applied on December 26, was referred to Tech Nation on January 7, and finally received my approval letter today, February 13, 2026.

Congratulations! Ive also applied for exceptional talent. Submitted Dec 28 and forwarded Jan 11. Im hoping to receive a response this coming week. Fingers crosssed.

Looks like they’re still attending to December and November folks because i do not think they’ve started attending to January applicants at all!

They’ve started sending decisions for January applicants but it’s slow and they’re still in the January 4th-January 7th batch
