Good set!

Few questions:

  • do the news articles across evidences mention your name?
  • what are the supporting evidences to support your self-documented claims in OC1, OC3 and MC last two app development projects?

hi @pahuja

Thanks so much for your feedback and questions!

  • Regarding news articles and name mentions:

The news articles I’ve included don’t specifically mention my name, but they do highlight the success and impact of the products I worked on at all the three companies. To back up my role, I’ve included reference letters from senior managers who know my contributions well, along with lots detailed documentation of my work on these products.

  • Regarding supporting evidence for OC1, OC3, and MC:

In my evidence documents, I’ve included a range of materials to support my contributions across the products:

  1. Links and screenshots of the mobile app published on both Google PlayStore and Apple AppStore. In this MC document, I tried to show that my team built the mobile app from zero and grow it to have over 100k downloads.
  2. Screenshots of product planning and collaboration with the team on Jira and Confluence. Plus, files and screenshots of product designs and mockups to showcase the development process.
  3. Links to publications about all three companies and the products I was involved in. With news coverage and articles about Company B and Company C, both of which were startups that raised public funding and were acquired by larger companies while I was working there.
  4. Links to my open-source work (GitHub repo and technical articles), along with a screenshot showing the article stats.
  5. Screenshots of user engagement data for all products I worked on, including PowerBI and Google Analytics data reports. Where possible, I even included public data showing user traction.
  6. A screenshot of Company A’s org chart (from BambooHR) showing my name and role as a leader of several product teams.
  7. Reference letters from senior managers (separate from the three letters of recommendation).
  8. Company B’s public press releases and changelogs showcasing the features we built.

I hope this helps clarify things! Let me know if you have any other questions or suggestions, I’d love to hear more feedback.

You need to be cautious about wording your documents.

It shouldn’t come across team work: your significant individual contribution highlight is important.

Lot of your evidence is self claims, even external links don’t mention your name. This would need further support try to create linkage with support letter for each story where there’s no external proof with your name specifically.
