Stage 1 Endorsement Application Documentation

Hello Everyone,

I’m applying for Stage 1 Endorsement. I have 15 years of experience in digital technology, 11 years in consulting and 4 years as a Solutions Sales Specialist. I’m planning to apply under Exceptional Promise Category under Business Skills (Solution Sales Expert) is covered under that.

I have 3 recommendation letters, all 3 recommendation letters speak about how i strategised solution, my presentation to c-suite executives, and commercial wins. It’s all from industry leaders.

For Mandatory Criteria

  1. I can prove the commercial impact.
  2. I can also show them a proof of high remuneration.

I’m a bit confused about Optional Critiera

  1. How do I demonstrate Innovation. I have got Statement of Service letters from my previous employer that I redesigned the enterprise structures for a financial institution in their digital technology transformation programme. I can provide a detailed documentation of that on my impact alongside my Statement of Service as an external validation.

What are the other ways I can prove innovation. If you are an employee of product led digital company it’s highly unlikely you will have a patent in your name.

I don’t qualify for OC2, though i have spoken in Oracle User Groups and Customer Connect programs it may not be considered as outside of my regular job.

Any guidance is appreciated.
