Stage 1 Endorsement and Dependant Visa Application

I applied for my Stage 1 yesterday and am currently waiting for a decision.

I am married, but my wife is not currently based in the UK.

If I receive a successful endorsement, can I apply for Stage 2 along with my wife’s dependant visa, or do I need to complete Stage 2 before applying for her?

If I can apply together without waiting, do I need to have a job offer in the UK before she can be a dependant?

I am currently in the UK on a Post-Study visa.

You can apply for your wife along with your application for stage 2.

No there is no requirement for job offer under GTV for dependents.

So if I am applying with her in the Stage 2 application, she would be allowed to do her biometrics in her home country while I do mine in the UK, right?
