Should I use my outstanding performance review in MC1 or OC3

Hello Everyone,

I am currently preparing evidence for my application and I am a little bit confused about where I should put my outstanding quarterly performance evidence. I am contemplating where it would be most useful and fit the criteria.

Should I use it under OC3
"Having led in the development of high-impact digital products or services;

Having worked as a key engineer in the core product of a start-up, showing evidence as to how you have contributed to its success"

OR

MC1
“How do I demonstrate that I have a proven track record or examples of innovation in the digital technology sector as a founder or senior executive of a product-led digital technology company or an employee working in a new digital field or concept?”

I would appreciate any suggestions. @Francisca_Chiedu @pahuja Please help me out.

Thank you

Hi @hilory If you are planning to include this evidence on its own, it wont meet any criteria. Salary hikes, bonus, promotions, internal awards are backing evidences for any high impact internal work evidences you are showing in any of the above criteria but wont hold strength as an individual evidence.

Hi @pahuja

I am not planning to use it as individual evidence but as a part of a piece of evidence to prove a criterion. I am just contemplating where it would carry more weight or be most useful.

In that case including as part of an evidence in OC3 would work then.
Thanks

Then use it in MC. OC3 is more about demonstrating quantified impact on company metrics.
