I have already added the LinkedIn CVs for additional LOR as part of evidence (apart from the required 3 LOR) but do I need to? As they have already added their LinkedIn profile link in the reference letter.

I think thereās no reason not to include the CVs. Thereās no harm in it

Make sense. Also, do you have any idea, is it okay if I submit 1 main LOR out of three from my current employer, who has known me for 11 months? As it was mentioned to submit a LOR from someone who knows me for year or over. Is it for all LOR including the one for evidence?
The 3 LoRs need to be from someone thatās known your work for more than 12 months. Other reference letters submitted as evidence donāt have this requirement.
No one here can say for sure that a letter from someone knowing you for 11 month will definitely be OK. But I think itāll probably work
