Second ET Refusal - Product Designer / Manager

Hi everyone, please I need your reviews, recommendations and feedback please.

  1. I am a Product Manager with 7+ years of experience. Second Exceptional Talent endorsement refused. All Criteria refused, even though some were accepted in first application
  2. If an appeal is possible, I am also confused as to whether one has to give an answer to every point made or accept some points with no counter response.
  3. Also, do they really downgrade the application to promise if they find it better suited for that? Does that mean I wouldn’t have gotten Promise either?

Letters of Recommendation in application:

CEO & Founder Company B

Chief Product Officer company C

Letters of Recommendation in OC2:

Hi @mallamq

Hard to comment with just the application outline as can’t see the actual content of the application but looks like they haven’t really accepted anything. You can appeal and route the assessor to parts of your application which answers their concerns and give more context to counter their points.

Showcase how MC evidences are industry leading recognition of your leadership in tech, OC1 needs to demonstrate what exactly was innovative and how you led those innovations.

You need to address all points raised in appeal in the appeal form.
