- I am a Product Manager with 7+ years of experience. Second Exceptional Talent endorsement refused. All Criteria refused, even though some were accepted in first application
- If an appeal is possible, I am also confused as to whether one has to give an answer to every point made or accept some points with no counter response.
- Also, do they really downgrade the application to promise if they find it better suited for that? Does that mean I wouldn’t have gotten Promise either?
