  • Peer Bonuses
  • Letter from a Senior commending my contributions
  • Letter of commendation on AI Research from a president at another company

Can you please rate the strength of my evidences? how can I improve?

  • awards need to be nationally or internationally recognized for work. Scholarships don’t count.
  • is the public speaking at a leading digital tech event?
  • mentoring counts only if it’s part of a structured program with selection of mentees eg. Topmate doesn’t fit here
  • wheeever possible show engagement on blogs like page views likes etc
  • oc3 is about displaying your contribution to impact on company metrics. Salary proofs don’t demonstrate impact, letters need to be impact oriented towards metrics. Only letters and salary proofs isn’t sufficient as per guidelines

awards are International and National both: GHC and WTM are not scholarships but awards granted to females for their role in promoting tech in Underrepresented groups
AI DevFest (by Google Developer Club), ACM and GHC are leading tech events
For KodeWithKlossy: I taught swift to high schoolers, and with Mentor Match it was mentoring Final Year students on their research projects
OC3: what else is asked if salary and letters are not sufficient we can only submit 3 evidences and total 10 documents…

The mentorship needs to be with a program structure and selection of mentees.

For OC3 examples of evidences please read through examples listed on the TN guidelines.

Sorry to chip in with a side question but i thought it’s slightly related. Can distinction in MS from UK university be used in MC for ET?

No - it’s more valid in OC4.

OC3: Salary and reference letters will probably not be enough. You need to provide evidence on your impact to the workplace and you can’t base that all on letters as noted in the guide.

OC2: Are all these mentorships part of structured programs?
" Open source contribution on a AI project + endorsement from my supervisor" - is this the supervisor from your workplace? If so - it doesn’t fit OC2

MC: Is this non profit organization a technical one?
Awards usually don’t factor into MC unless they are work recognized - are these?

OC3: My work is confidential. I am not sure exactly what else tech nations wants to see?
OC2: Yes KodeWithKlossy is mentoring highschoolers selected by the organizers base on a criteria on swift and Mentors match the deans of university decide on scholars groups who we mentor on research. for evidence I have snipd from the event + letter from the organizer
" Open source contribution on a AI project + endorsement from my supervisor" - is this the supervisor from your workplace? : so its academic research whose results we posted on github
Awards usually don’t factor into MC unless they are work recognized - are these? work recognized? the first two were for my work in pwic and founding a student magazine when I was a bachelor student

Sorry, typed to fast :man_facepalming:
“work recognized” should have been “world recognized”. Internal workplace prizes are weaker evidence for MC

OC3: You need to show you had impact, i.e. work that you’ve done benefited the business. Share what you can as evidence and back it up with the letter - the letters alone won’t suffice.

does public Speaking in inclusion and diversity don’t count?

Your talks need to be in the digital technology sector
