Request for Review - Exceptional Promise - Software Engineer

Hi All,
Thanks in advance for your time and opinion, I’m applying through the exceptional promise route (with 3 years of experience) as a technical person (software engineer). could you please let me know what you think about my application and if there are things I should take note of?

Recommendation letter

  1. CEO of a US startup (worked at the start up as a product designer for 7 months)
  2. Head of Design at a US startup COMPANY A and ex-udemy art director (previous company I use to work at)
  3. Co-founder of UK start up and ex-deliveroo manager (advisor of my startup - company B)

All have over 7+ years of experience and are leaders in the digital technology field

Mandatory Criteria

  1. Contract and high salary at Company A with bonus and equity
  2. Open source contribution with over 2k stars and with over 5000 users (I was a top contributor and I still maintain the product) - July
  3. Proof of work as a startup founder of my startup (Company B - a UK based startup) + Letter of reference of executive director at Goldman Sachs that mentored me) + screenshot of metrics and product + company house details

Optional Criteria 1 - Significant Contribution at work

  1. Showcase of Github profile and some freelance projects done in the past
  2. Work done for US based startup and how my contribution led them to their first $1m in revenue and how the product scaled from 40k to over 140k users
  3. Work done at US based startup COMPANY A + LinkedIn recommendation screenshots or past co-workers

Optional Criteria 2 - Contributions Outside work

  1. Contributions to another open source project with over 300 stars
  2. Recommendation letter from a coding bootcamp I was a mentor at where I helped people practice for their technical interviews + letter of reference from the head of engineering of the coding bootcamp
  3. Online Tech Talk with over 100 participant(the tech talk was done at the coding bootcamp) where software engineers all over from Google, Facebook and Amazon come to speak attached with screenshots of talk and link to video recording
  4. Technical articles written with screenshot of views (August articles)

I plan to submit my application late November

I think your OC1 is not strong. be mindful of using evidence from freelance work it could be termed as consulting or outsourcing which is not eligible for this visa programme.

Why are you not doing OC3 evidence of impact?

I take note of the freelance work. I think and can use the evidence for OC1 for OC3?
