Rejection Exceptional talent Need Help with review

Hello All,

I need help with the appeal:

Three letters of references : who are industry expert.
For MC :
I dont know what they refer to number of external link not available for review? for me all links are working

FOr OC3 I made technical contribution with the alorithm developed by me published in a journal and whihc was applied to several projects. I think i did not highlight this contribution well for impact , how can i show impact ? I added git commits , design architecture , supporting reference from head of that department.
I think in appeal i cannot add more evidence or how can i challenge?
I have no idea although rejection was intuitive.
My strong points were OC3 and not OC2 however surprised OC2 got cleared.

Assessors don’t have an obligation to follow external links, all the evidence need to be self contained. In this case they look to have tried to open the links but some didn’t work.

OC3 needs to show impact on the company - how your contribution made a change and was helpful to the company overall. Better products, higher revenue, etc. Technical details work better when you tie them up to business impact.

I don’t think there’s much change of appeal so please make sure to include all evidence in the submitted files if you choose to apply again.
