Reference Letter from Employee

Hi,

Is it mandatory to have one reference letter from my current employer?
I had managed to get all 3 LORs from outside. But is it mandatory to get from a current employer/manager as well?

No. If you don’t have reference from employer, you can show other evidence listed in the tech nation guide.

@Francisca_Chiedu is it okay if I get a LOR from the CTO of company A and employer reference letter signed and written by the CEO of the same company A?

The guideline states that letter from an employer should be in addition to the required letters of endorsement and should be written by another individual

Yes. You can as longer it is not the same person.
