Recommendation letter arrangements

  1. Thank you for your advice so far. Please, I humbly still need your help. Is it OK for a recommender to attach his scanned signature on the recommendation letter as his signature?

  2. I guess the word document should be converted to pdf before I submit it to Tecnation?

  3. One of my 3 recommenders is not active on Linkedin. He just sent me his CV in a different PDF file that is different from the Recommendation letter. Only his CV is 32 pages and it’s not attached to my recommendation letter. Please, advice on what to do in this situation?

  4. Is it necessary for recommenders to specify if I am applying for Exceptional promise or Exceptional Talent? i.e can a recommender just start by saying that “I am writing to recommend me for the UK Global Talent Visa.” without saying the particular one in the recommendation letter?

  5. Do we have upto 10 or more fields where we can upload these evidences in the application portal or will they be arranged arranged/grouped according to the 3 criterias chosen and submitted as 3 documents?

Thank you in anticipation of your advice.

  1. Not sure, but if possible better to use a service like DocuSign.
  2. I don’t think it’s mendatory, but it does seem a bit more professional.
  3. You attach it to the recommendation letter, it does not count againt your 3 pages limit.
  4. They only have to mention that the letter is for the Tech Nation visa in any form, nothing more.
  5. If I understand correctly, you can upload UP TO 10 documents, no more, and on each document you can mark which criteria is satisfies.

Thank you, @Ido_Moshe

Two of my recommenders have already sent the recommendation letters and they attached their signature in a PDF document. I just wanted to make sure that I am doing what I am supposed to do.

I think a 32page CV is too look. Get a shorter version.
