I have a few questions regarding my eligibility and chances for the global talent endorsement and how i can make my profile strong.
Professional Experience:
I have been working in tech sector for 8 years. I have been working as a Director of a SaaS solution operating in more than 15 countries around the globe for last 5 years. I have helped developed this product from the scratch, lead entire P&L of the business, developed business in more than 3 countries, looked after sales and run entire projects in last 5 years.
Education:
MBA (Cardiff Metropolitan University, Wales, UK)

If profile is eligible, what should i opt for; Exceptional Talent or Promise
I am not a legal expert, however in my personal opinion as per little information you provided, I suppose you can be an applicant for Exponential promise. Considering your experience of more than 5 yrs in similar sort of work, i would suggest Talent
How can i further make my application strong?
TN website gives a lot of eg of showing business related evidences : P&L performance, Sales pipeline, Industry recognition, Product management, partner/client endorsement etc. Think along these lines and i am sure you would be able to create good list of evidences. It would be good if you go through this forum and there are lot of example that you can refer to. Please check this link which i posted when i was preparing my application. All the best
