Question regarding Letter of Reference and LOR

Hi everyone, I have some questions regarding letters of reference and LOR which I don’t seem to find explicit answer on Tech nation guide.

  1. Do Letters of Reference which are used as supporting letters also need audit trail?
  2. If there is a letter head with esignature, would that also need audit trail

All letters need to be signed. If it’s with a electronic signature include the trail.
The trail doesn’t count to the page limit so there’s no good reason to omit it

Do we still need the trail (DocuSign) if the document is stamped and signed? both for LOR and reference letters

No, if the letter was physically signed scan it and upload the scan.
